Verde provides an AI-powered managed financial planning and analysis (FP&A) service for small and medium-sized businesses. Our Services include automated financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, accounts receivable analysis, and Finn, our AI Finance Partner. Verde is a managed service — your account is set up and supported by a dedicated analyst.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
By granting QuickBooks authorization, you confirm you have the legal right to connect your account to our platform. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Intuit account settings.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the platform, use the Services in violation of applicable law, or share account credentials with unauthorized parties.
Verde provides financial analytics and reporting tools, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Finn and all automated outputs are for informational purposes only. No output from Verde constitutes professional financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making material business decisions.
Service fees are billed monthly as agreed during onboarding. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Verde reserves the right to suspend access for accounts more than 30 days past due.
You retain full ownership of your financial data. Verde processes your data solely to deliver the Services. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
Verde's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. Verde is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the Services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, portal and Finn access will be suspended. Data will be retained for 30 days post-termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
